Liahona Spindles are two spindles within a round ball that Lehi found upon the ground outside his tent. Lehi saw that “within the ball were two spindles; and the one pointed the way whither we should go into the wilderness” (1 Nephi 16:10).
The spindles worked for Lehi’s family “according to their faith in God.” They believed that “God could cause that those spindles should point the way they should go” (Alma 37:40).
