“In This State They Were to Remain Until the Judgment Day of Christ”
More specifically they shall remain in their terrestrial translated state until the coming of Jesus Christ in glory (see verse 8) that great and terrible day known as “the end of the world,” wherein the wicked are judged worthy of destruction (Joseph Smith Matthew 1:4, 31).
