Like angels, the three Nephites (1) cannot be harmed physically by mortals, (2) minister as directed by Jesus Christ and are subject to Him, and (3) are free from the sins of this world. “All are under sin, except those which I have reserved unto myself, holy men that ye know not of” (D&C 49:8).
