Not only will the seed of Jacob become established in the promised land but they will be commissioned by the Lord to build the New Jerusalem and the Savior will appear in their midst.
Now Jesus introduces himself to these people as being the great prophet whom Moses and all of the prophet from Samuel on down testified would come.
