“Suffer Them That They May Come Unto You and Forbid Them Not”

Jana Reiss

The Book of Mormon again teaches that believers have no right to refuse access to anyone who wants to worship with them in their regular meetings. Mormons welcome all people to their Sunday services in ward (congregational) meetinghouses all over the world. However, their special temples are reserved only for worthy Latter-day Saints and are not open to the public except for a short time prior to their dedication. There are now more than one hundred thirty LDS temples in operation or under construction around the world.
