It is very apparent that Jesus had been very anxious to tell his disciples in Jerusalem about the Nephites, and he calls their lack of curiosity and ignoring the broad hint he had given then as a form of iniquity. Furthermore, the Jews did not learn anything about the lost ten tribes. Jesus says this was also because of their lack of interest and lack of curiosity and Jesus also designates this indifference as an iniquity.
