“That Ye May Be the Children of Your Father Who is in Heaven”
That is, that you may become the sons and daughters of God the Father, reinstated in the royal family through the blessings of the Atonement and by means of the ordinances of the Melchizedek Priesthood (see Commentary 2:174).
