“Your Dwellings Shall Become Desolate Until the Time of the Fulfilling of the Covenant to Your Fathers”
The coming forth of the Book of Mormon and its being taken to the remnant of Lehi’s seed, and their acceptance of its teachings, prepares the way for lifting the condemnation and judgment that resulted from their ancestors’ earlier rejection of Christ (see Enos 1:12-18; see also D&C 84:54-61).
