“Zenos Did Testify Boldly; for the Which He Was Slain”
Judging from the contents of the Book of Mormon, Zenos and Isaiah were the two dominant voices among the prophets recorded on the brass plates. Both died as martyrs. The present text seems to suggest that Zenos, who was fearless in testimony, was slain for teaching the doctrines of redemption through Christ and of his divine sonship.
