“The Tidings of the Conditions of Repentance”
Angels and prophets have declared the “good tidings of great joy” (Luke 2:10; see also Isaiah 61:1; Mosiah 3:3; Mosiah 15:14). Those good tidings are founded in the mission of the Savior, the plan of mercy that makes repentance possible (see D&C 76:40-42; 3 Nephi 11:32-40).
