President Spencer W. Kimball declared that “when you look in the dictionary for the most important word, do you know what it is? It could be remember. Because all of you have made covenants—you know what to do and you know how to do it—our greatest need is to remember.”8 We should write that down so we will remember it. The word remember appears fourteen times in these eight verses; it is actually a perfect summary teaching of the whole Book of Mormon in one word. Sometimes the Book of Mormon record repeats it by way of emphasis: “O remember, remember.”
