Notice that in this verse it pays tribute to Shiblon and "also his brother." This would be referring to Corianton, who as a young man had abandoned his mission to the Zoramites and run off with the harlot Isabel. Alma had extended himself to help Corianton realize the seriousness of his sins and apparently he did help him find his way back into the gospel pattern so he could work valiantly with Shiblon after Alma was gone.
