Alma concludes his discourse to Helaman by reiterating the most important instruction: preserving the plates.
Text: The chapter ends here in the 1830 edition. This completes the blessing upon Helaman, his eldest son. The next blessing will be for his second son. The text has spearate chapters for each of the three sons. While the post-1879 divisions preserve the breaks between the sons, it masks the conceputal division by also breaking the blessings for Helaman and Corianton into multiple chapters.
