Amulek wants to make the point that the Old Testament sacrifices were only symbolic and that when the great and last sacrifice of the Atonement is made all of these symbolic sacrifices will be discontinued. Of course the monumental question arises: "Who will provide this infinite and eternal sacrifice which the scriptures say is essential?" The answer is in verse 14.
