Ammon now found himself not only teaching the king, but many of his servants as indicated in verse 37. Ammon therefore launched into a discussion of the redemption, which would come through the sacrifice of the Son of God and how sins could therefore be blotted out and forgiven. The Spirit strongly confirmed these teachings in the heart of Lamoni. He knew they were true.
