Alma continues his mini-review. The high priesthood begins with the foundation of the world. Since he began with Adam and the institution of choice, he now links the high priesthood as the purveyor of the way to redemption dating from that same foundation. Thus choice has always been with us since Adam, and the high priesthood has taught us the right way, since Adam.
