We would suppose that in our pre-earth existence all persons had the opportunity to exercise faith and involved themselves in works of righteousness. Those so doing obtained a birthright to the blessings of the priesthood as Abraham’s seed.
Before the day of judgment, that opportunity will again be extended, and again it will become the privilege of those men exercising faith and doing works of righteousness to have the priesthood conferred upon them.
