It is impossible for Jesus to intercede on behalf of those who rebelled against the gospel when it was taught to them and died in their sins. The hosts of the intelligences on which the Father depends for his power make their demands upon the Father for justice and the Atonement of Jesus Christ cannot overcome those demands. The only way the wicked can be redeemed is to suffer for their sins to the uttermost farthing and then be assigned to one of the lower kingdoms. We will be discussing this in detail later on.
