Jacob begins his prophesying/testifying by taking his theme from the allegory. He begins with the last part of the allegory, the events of the last days - "even the last time." While he has given the entire allegory, the focus of his answer to the question is the triumphant Messiah, and the triumphant Messiah comes in this part of the allegory. Jacob concentrates here, beginning with the missionary work of the servants of the Lord "to nourish and prune his vineyard."
