“Let Him Prophesy to the Understanding of Men”
That is, let him speak with the power of plainness, speak so that his message may be heard and comprehended, let him speak unto men “according to their language, unto their understanding” (see 2 Nephi 25:4, 7; 2 Nephi 31:3).
