Nephi said the voice of the Lord came to him promising that all who will repent in all sincerity and were baptized will receive the Holy Ghost. Nephi emphasizes the need to repent in a spirit of genuine honesty. Then a person can receive the Holy Ghost and speak with the tongue of angels, in other words, he will speak under inspiration as though he himself were an angel of God.
