The King James text says “raiment”(clothing) instead of the bolded “remnant.” The Book of Mormon better fits the context of the verse.
The concluding section of the poem describes a further fall of Satan. “All the kings of the nations, even all of them” will be given some degree of glory in the houses or mansions that they have prepared themselves to receive (v. 18). Satan will not receive any glory, however (v. 19), but will be cast “into outer darkness, where there is weeping, and wailing, and gnashing of teeth” (D&C 133:73).
