Isaiah 13:10 (King James Bible) the sun shall be darkened in his going forth and the moon shall not cause her light to shine
The 1830 compositor set “her going forth” rather than the correct “his going forth”, the King James reading. Undoubtedly he was influenced by the use of her in the following clause (“and the moon shall not cause her light to shine”). Based on the reading in the printer’s manuscript, the correct his was restored in the 1908 RLDS edition as well as in the 1981 LDS edition.
Summary: Retain in 2 Nephi 23:10 the pronoun his in the phrase “in his going forth”, the reading of the King James Bible.
