(Isa. 10:3)
But the Lord wants Isaiah to ask these wicked judges and bureaucrats a question. What are they going to do in the coming crisis when destruction descends on them by an enemy who has come from afar? What good will their ill-gotten wealth be to them in that threatening situation? To whom will they flee for help? And since there is going to be a universal destruction of the wicked, to whom will they leave the glory of their inheritance?
