There will be no liars in the celestial kingdom. Unrepentant liars shall be ushered into hell (outer darkness) at the time of death and shall come forth in the resurrection to inherit the telestial kingdom.
“Wherefore, I, the Lord, have said that the fearful, and the unbelieving, and all liars, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie, and the whoremonger, and the sorcerer, shall have their part in that lake which burneth with fire and brimstone, which is the second death. verily I say, that they shall not have part in the first resurrection. ” (D&C 63:17-18.)
Of this category of men the Lord declared: “These are they who suffer the wrath of God on earth.” Further, “these are they who suffer the vengeance of eternal fire” at the time of the Savior’s coming, as well as in the spirit world. Finally, “these are they who are cast down to hell and suffer the wrath of Almighty God, until the fulness of times, when Christ shall have subdued all enemies under his feet.” (D&C 76:103-6; cf. Revelation 21:8; Revelation 22:15.)
