As Lehi concludes his words to little Joseph, he told him that his seed would also survive all the way down to the latter days. He said his seed would live to see the raising up Joseph, the mighty seer in the latter days. Lehi then closes his message to Joseph with this moving benediction: "Remember the words of thy dying father. Amen."
