These verses contain a synopsis by Nephi of the predictions of Zenos on two important subjects: (1) the convulsions in nature by which all Israel might know that the great sacrifice of atonement had been made; (2) what the consequences would be to the House of Judah, of the rejection of this sacrifice of the Messiah.
