“He That is Righteous is Favored of God”
God has made the sun to shine on the evil and the good, and the rains to fall on the just and the unjust (Matthew 5:45). Yet all are not equally favored with God. Through Samuel he declared: “Them that honour me I will honour, and they that despise me shall be lightly esteemed” (1 Samuel 2:30). To those of his day the Savior said: “He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me:”
