“Laman and Lemuel, I Fear Exceedingly Because of You”
Just as Laman and Lemuel would not pay the price to gain the spiritual confirmation that Lehi’s steps had been divinely directed even so this pair would never move forward on the gospel path long enough to partake of the tree of life (verses 17-18).
